Lady Gaga is queen of the charts. The pop superstar reclaims her throne atop the Billboard 200 with ARTPOP.

The latest album from the 27-year-old singer sold 258,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan (via Billboard). It marks her second No. 1 album and the third-largest sales week for a woman in 2013 following Katy Perry (286,000) and Miley Cyrus (270,000).

“I’m so happy ARTPOP debuted #1 in the US and is already platinum in countries all over the world! thank u,” tweeted Gaga.

Despite the No. 1 debut, the numbers are a far cry from her previous album Born This Way, which opened with 1.1 million copies in 2011, while her 2009 album The Fame Monster entered at No. 5 with 174,000.

Last week’s chart-topper Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2 falls to No. 2 in its second week with 210,000. It opened with 792,000 copies and scored the second-biggest debut of the year behind Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience.

R&B songstress Jhené Aiko lands at No. 8 with her debut EP Sail Out. The seven-song collection, which features appearances from Kendrick Lamar and Childish Gambino, sold 34,000 copies.

Rounding out the top 10 is Drake’s Nothing Was the Same, which slides 7-9 with 33,000, while Lorde’s Pure Heroine falls to No. 10 with 32,000.
