Video: Rich Gang f/ Birdman, Detail, & Kendrick Lamar – ’100 Favors’

Kendrick Lamar

Rich Gang gives us another peek into their luxurious life in the video for “100 Favors,” the latest release from the Rich Gang compilation. Birdman and Detail team up with Kendrick Lamar in the lavish visuals, which were shot at a plush mansion.

The Cash Money boss toasts with his GT Vodka as women parade around the property, while Detail plays the piano on the lawn. King Kendrick shines as he delivers his verse in the golden hallways of the fancy digs.

Watch them spoil in their riches.

KENDRICK, NO! You’re BETTER than this…leave ‘em wack cats alone and work with some up-and-coming folk who really care about hip-hop!

@Shutterbug, Yet Cash Money are trail blazers for Hip Hop and a fundamental foundation and Backbone of Hip Hop. You people a.k.a. “Kendrick ass kissers”, are beyond abrasive, you all act as though he is just this giant who crushes everything in his path. His album was good and his lyrics are mellifluous, but he needs to put in some serious work before he can in my opinion be called a “legend” or “great”. Hip Hop is real in the true content of authenticity from the heart. This offensive notion that Hip Hop is dead, and only Kendrick is reviving it is vacuous. 2pac, Biggie, Nas or even Jay didn’t go into the studio 20 yrs ago and say “I’m going to go make a real hip hop record”. Yes the sound has changed drastically from the 90s and even early 2000s, but these new artists are recording things that is from their heart and for that, I respect that.

@Jonathan, The people who MADE Cash Money hip-hop trailblazers left a while back (B.G. in ’01, Juvenile on ’04 and Mannie Fresh in ’05)…all because Birdman wasn’t payin’ ‘em what he owed ‘em.

Yet YMCMB keeps a stacked roster, many of which will never see an album release (Jae Millz, Lil’ Twist, Shanell) because? I guess Birdman’s made better Kool-Aid.

i think every video from this “RichGang” Era was shot in a big mansion. The only video that had a little creativity was “50 Plates” at least that one payed homage to a movie. But yeah every RichGang looks exactly the same
“Tapout” “We Been On” “Million Dollar”
“Dreams Come True” and now “100 Favors” were all shot in Mansions
