Beyoncé and Solange are sparing no expense for their mother. On Saturday evening, the sisters will shut down Creole restaurant Muriel’s Jackson Square in New Orleans’ French Quarter to host a 60th birthday party for Tina Knowles. The epic event is reportedly costing at least $100,000.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the invitation, which describes an “enchanted evening…in the tradition of an old New Orleans masquerade party.”
Guests are asked to dress formally and wear a mask to add to the mystery. If needed, a mask will be provided at the door.
Solange is no stranger to the Big Easy. Last year, the “Losing You” singer moved to New Orleans part-time to raise her nine-year-old son Daniel Julez.
