Drake, Nicki Minaj Join Romeo Santos on ‘Formula, Vol. 2′

Formula Vol. 2

Romeo Santos is calling on some of his favorite artists for his new album. The bachata king has tapped Drake and Nicki Minaj for Formula, Vol. 2.

In a video promo, the former Aventura frontman revealed that the Young Money stars will appear on his sophomore LP when it arrives on February 25. Other featured guests include Marc Anthony, Carlos Santana, Tego Calderón, and Kevin Hart.

Earlier this month, Nicki previewed their collaboration, on which she can be heard rapping in Spanish.

“It’s me tho, the CEO/ Dame beso, yo necesito,” she raps.

Formula, Vol. 2 marks the follow-up to Santos’ 2011 solo debut, which featured Usher and Lil Wayne.

@King Dick, Latin America will never be the same.
I’m going to need Head Barbie to spill some information on HER album though. I’m growing impatient, and when I get impatient, I become belligerent.

@King Dick, Here they don’t like hip hop. Which is weird because reggateon (which is like the Spanish twin of hiphop) is very popular.

Bachata is kinda popular, not selling-wise but club-wise. So let’s see what happen.

This bitch is leaving her stink everywhere. First, female rap then pop now latin music? She’s really more corny than anything thats why she’s a flop here in north America. And her being on Forbes list has nothing to do with her so called rap career. Its because she is now a FASHION FAUX PAUS for KMART now…

@MsAtomicBomb, you couldn’t be more wrong. Rap is what gave her the opportunities to design clothes ,to put out a drink, star in movies, become a judge on idol, be endorsed by brands like Pepsi and Adidas. But you right it’s got nothing to do with the fact that it all originated from rap.

    MsAtomicBomb Reply:

@justmaopinion, But you forgot the most important detail of the name brand endorsements. THEY ALL DROPPED HER SORRY ASS AS THEIR SPOKESPERSON. But Nicki gladly kept all their endorsement checks which is the other half of the reason she’s on FORBES, not for her so called success as a RAPPER. (Or as a FASHION FAUX PAUS FASHIONISTA for KMart) As for movies, really? You think her doing voice acting for a CHILDRENS MOVIE (ICE AGE) qualifies her as an actress?!? I guess, if she has all the little kids fooled into thinking she’s an actual RAPPER. But wait, didn’t she aspire to be a PORNSTAR/ACTRESS before landing this popstar gig? (Which is one bullshit reason she gave for her getting implants. OH!) And might I mention, she ditched all her fans who supported her from the start by selling herself out to a more pop oriented audience i.e. kids. Which by my standards, would put her along the lines of a PEDOPHILE. Especially if she’s a sexually enhanced character and knows damn well kids are watching her (Sophia Grace, a little girl, singing SUPERB-ASS on Ellen ring a bell?) but yet she continues to keep posting partial nudes of herself online via INSTAGRAM and uses sex to sell everything she does, which only furthers my argument of her bordering on the lines of being a PEDOPHILE. But I guess I am right, none of this is because of her rap career. Nicki is just a fraudulent person who is sick in the head (Remember, ROMAN is a real person in her head!?!) and she cannot seem to figure out who she really is. I mean, she was an aspiring pornstar actress who turned into a rapper and is now a overrated, over sexed popstar. So then why all the alter egos? Surely she cannot blame them for using her sex appeal to cater to kids, nor can she blame anyone else. :/ But you and ALL her fans go right ahead and defend her, nothing wrong with standing up for someone who does all the things I just pointed out to you, right????????????????? #IjustSingleHandedlyAnnihilatedThisBitch’sArgument

    Andy Reply:

@MsAtomicBomb, Dumbass!! She rap in 99% of her songs so you’re incredible ignorant for saying that. Doing more genres is corny from Nicki but Miley, Gaga, Katy Perry, Rihanna, etc, etc, can jump in the bandwagon of “urban”, huh? And Eminem, Drake, Jay-Z, Kanye, etc, etc, can rap in pop songs, huh? HYPOCRITE. And her being in the Forbes list is not because of Kmart, mainly because the list came way after the collection was released and you don’t make 25million just for a clothing line, idiot. #DamnManGoBackToWhoring

    MsAtomicBomb Reply:

@Andy, actually she doesn’t rap at all! She finds the next available word that rhymes and tries her hardest to run with it. But all she can manage are stutters and repeats with vague references to anything of potential value to walk away with other than “that was crazy/funny of her.” It’s been proven she’s had ghost writers (Ransom,Big Fendi, Ester Dean,Lil Wayne, Drake) which is why people love her more for her mixtapes than anything she’s put out recently. (SNAP) Just face it, if your comparing her to the likes of Miley, Gaga, Katy, Rihanna…Then that’s exactly what she is, a glamour POP whore that is nothing more than a sexual gimmick for the young kids to cling to so they think that its no big deal to be sexualized at such a young age (Nicki’s fans consisting more of 9-14 yr. olds) when its the exact opposite! Its wrong for a grown woman to teach little girls how flaunt their bodies, to “twerk”, which is why I compare her to a PEDOPHILE! But given the popstar references you gave, I’d have to say your prolly just a teen yourself. So be gone and away from me because nothing more needs to be said about this conversation regarding a grown woman with a LARGE fanbase consisting more of kids than adults…
