New Music: OB OBrien - 'Steve Nash'

Steve Nash, Drake, and OB OBrien

Drake shows his crew love by dropping a song from his friend and OVO Sound signee OB OBrien. The Canadian rapper-actor, who has made cameos in the videos for “Started From the Bottom” and “Worst Behavior,” pays homage to Canada’s own NBA star on “Steve Nash,” while Drizzy lends a couple bars (“Papi’s Kobe, OB hit me with the lead pass / Shout the homie Steve Nash”).

In 2008, Drake featured OB on his OVO blog and they starred together in a pilot for the Canadian sitcom “Us & Them.”

“He is a star that I am determined to make shine as bright as Yung Berg’s Transformers chain,” he wrote (via Word on Road).

Listen to OB rep for OVO.
