Mariah Carey Announces New Single, Album Release Date

  /  02.10.2014

You're Mine (Eternal)

Make way for Mariah. The pop diva will return with her first album in nearly five years this May.

The follow-up to 2009’s Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel will arrive on May 6, she announced on Instagram and via a promo video.

Mariah also revealed the Valentine’s Day-inspired artwork for her new single, “You’re Mine (Eternal),” which will premiere on Wednesday, February 12.

She debuted the song live at “BET Honors” in Washington, D.C. over the weekend.

The album has already spawned last summer’s Miguel-assisted smash “#Beautiful” and the Rodney Jerkins-produced ballad “The Art of Letting Go.”

Mariah has also been in the studio with Wale, Nas, Rick Ross, Hit-Boy, Mike WiLL Made-It, and Jermaine Dupri, who serves as executive producer.
