Lil' Kim Is Pregnant, Debuts Baby Bump at Fashion Week
Lil’ Kim has the Internet buzzing with big news: The Queen Bee is pregnant with her first child.
The Brooklyn rapper, 39, revealed her baby bump while attending The Blonds runway show during New York Fashion Week on Wednesday. A visibly pregnant Kim was seated front row alongside Paris Hilton and posed for photos backstage while holding her stomach.
“I’m a mom, but I can turn it up a little!” she said as she rubbed her belly while performing at the after-party.
Kim confirmed her pregnancy to Us Weekly. “I’m so excited! I’m a few months along, I can’t wait to be a mom!” she told the magazine.
While she may be preparing for motherhood, she doesn’t plan on slowing down. “I’m still going to work,” she said. “I’m still going to be hardcore, the baby has made me even more of a beast!”
Her peers took to Twitter to congratulate the mom-to-be.
“Awwwww congrats @LilKim on your little one,” tweeted Tamar Braxton, while Kim’s friend Natalie Nunn added, “CONGRATS TO MY SISSY @lilkimthequeenbee SHES PREGNANT I CANT WAIT.”
Kim has been dating rapper Mr. Papers, but she has chosen not to reveal the identity of the father.
