Mary J. Blige, Maxwell, Rick Ross, & Trey Songz to Play BET Experience
The BET Experience will return to Los Angeles for a second year this summer with performances from Mary J. Blige, Maxwell, Rick Ross, A$AP Rocky, Trey Songz, Jennifer Hudson, and more.
The three-day festival will take place June 27-29 at L.A. Live with music and comedy concerts, “106 & Park” tapings, BET Fan Fest, seminars, Grammy Museum exhibits, food festival, celebrity meet and greets, and more.
The concert extravaganza kicks off at Staples Center on Friday, June 27, with an all-star R&B lineup of Maxwell, Jill Scott, and Marsha Ambrosius.
A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross, K. Michelle, Ty Dolla $ign, and August Alsina will hit the stage on Saturday along with a special hip-hop reunion.
Closing out the festival on Sunday is Mary J. Blige, Trey Songz, Jennifer Hudson, and Tamar Braxton.
Single-day and three-day ticket packages go on sale Friday, March 14.
It all leads up to the 2014 BET Awards, airing live from Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday, June 29.
Last year’s BET Experience featured performances from Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Snoop Dogg, R. Kelly, and more.
