August Alsina

The ladies were in the house when August Alsina made his late-night debut on Tuesday’s “Arsenio.” But it took a lot of hard work and perseverance‎ to get there. The self-made singer shared his remarkable story, coming from the streets of New Orleans, to making his dreams a reality.

“It’s a blessing to be here ’cause I knew where I came from,” said August, who was once homeless.

He also hit the stage to perform a medley of “Make It Home” and “I Luv This Shit” off his full-length debut Testimony, which arrives April 15 featuring Rick Ross, Pusha T, and Fabolous.

See August share his Testimony with the world.
