My Girl

Jetsetters, get ready. Two years after releasing his debut, Diggy Simmons is back with a new single.

In an Instagram video, the 19-year-old rapper announced that “My Girl” featuring R&B crooner Trevor Jackson will debut on May 6. A video was shot last month in New York.

Diggy has been in the studio recording the follow-up to his 2012 debut Unexpected Arrival.

In late December, he gave fans a taste of new music with the expletive-laced song “Mama Said” featuring B.o.B and Key Wane.

He will also star alongside Teyana Taylor and Bria Murphy in BET’s new scripted show “The Start Up.”
