New Music: Lil Wayne f/ Drake - 'Believe Me'

  /  05.02.2014

Believe Me

Carter V season has officially begun. After teasing the track earlier in the week, Lil Wayne drops off “Believe Me,” the first single from his final solo album Tha Carter V.

The Young Money chief enlists Drake for the Boi-1da and Vinylz-produced track, on which they prove they’re still as tight as ever.

Drizzy pledges his loyalty to Tunechi and issues a warning to those who may have a problem with YMCMB.

“That’s the man that put me in this shit / If a ni**a fuck wit’ ’em I put ’em down quick / Got a verse for anybody who wanna talk about the clique,” he raps over the tinkering beat.

Listen to Weezy and Drizzy get the job done.
