Tinashe and Kid Ink

With her single “2 On” rising up the charts and even spawning a remix from Drake, Tinashe made her hometown proud with her patriotic performance at the Dodgers vs. Giants game on Friday.

Wearing a Dodgers jersey, the Pasadena-raised singer took to home plate at Dodger Stadium to sing “The Star-Spangled Banner,” earning cheers from the fans.

This is Tinashe’s second time singing the national anthem at the Dodgers game. She previously performed it in 2012.

Her RCA labelmate and fellow L.A. native Kid Ink also repped Dodger blue by throwing out the ceremonial first pitch. The “Show Me” rapper showed no signs of nerves as he threw the ball past home plate.

See Tinashe and Kid Ink put it down for their hometown.
