New Music: Trey Songz – ‘What’s Best for You’

Trey Songz

Trey Songz puts his lady first on “What’s Best for You,” a cut off the deluxe edition of his upcoming album Trigga.

“It’s not about what I want, but it’s all about what you need,” he sings on the mid-tempo R&B jam, which follows “Na Na,” “SmartPhones,” “Foreign,” and “Change Your Mind.”

If you pre-order the album on iTunes, you will receive the song as an instant download.

Trigga arrives July 1 featuring Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Mila J, Juicy J, and Ty Dolla $ign.

“This is another dimension of my mind and my emotion,” he said during his appearance on “106 & Park.” “It’s vulnerable, but it’s harsh. Trigga’s a bit unapologetic, a little vulgar sometimes.”

Listen to his sweet serenade below.

I’m sorry trey but your vocals and this song is not good. I always thought his voice was not strong and very weak especially when it comes to actually trying to sing. I like trey and some of his songs are catchy and cool but this song just shows his lack of range when it comes to actually singing. But I still look forward to checking out the album.
