Kid Cudi Faints During Chicago Concert

Kid Cudi scared his fans during his set at Chicago’s North Coast Music Festival on Saturday. The Cleveland rapper was signing an autograph in the front row when he suddenly passed out. He fell back and hit the floor, but luckily security was there to pick him up and carry him backstage.

Cudi returned to Twitter to assure his fans that he was OK.

“Mad love to the security who were there and helped me out tonight. Really awesome dudes! Thanx for nursing me back to health,” he said. “Ill do a better and make sure to eat properly on show days 🙂 scouts honor!”
