With her new album The London Sessions in stores, Mary J. Blige brought some “Therapy” to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday. Dressed in all black, the R&B queen took it to church with a stirring performance of her Sam Smith-penned single.

The album, which also features contributions from Disclosure, Rodney Jerkins, and Emeli Sandé, has been embraced by critics including Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, and TIME, who wrote, “The London Sessions is proof positive that she’s still a creative force with great instincts.”
