YG Is Going to Be a Dad
YG’s “krazy life” is about to get even crazier. The Compton rapper has revealed that he is going to be a father.
“I got one on the way,” he said during an interview with Hot 97’s “Ebro in the Morning” on Friday (Jan. 9).
His daughter is due June 15. “Little Gemini,” he said.
While he may be excited, he wasn’t quite ready to share the news with the world. “Ya’ll got me up here releasing information that I ain’t supposed to be releasing,” he laughed. “Ya’ll tryna scare my birds off.”
This will be his first child, but he already feels prepared for fatherhood. “I’m like already a dad. I take care of my whole family,” he said.
In the interview, YG also addressed his Grammy snub and his beef with DJ Mustard. The two have since made up. “This is not the first time we did this,” he revealed. “We fight all the time.”
Before he becomes a dad, YG will launch his “BestCoast Connection” tour with A$AP Ferg in Boston on Jan. 12.
