Cameron Grey and Kanye West

Watch an Aspiring Rapper Audition for Kanye West on the Street

Kanye West gave another lucky fan the chance of a lifetime. While exiting Big Sean’s House of Blues show on Sunday morning, an aspiring rapper named Cameron Grey approached ‘Ye and offered to rap for him, and Kanye surprisingly gave him a few minutes of his time.

Grey proceeded to freestyle for the G.O.O.D. Music mogul, who then told him to do a written rap. Justin Bieber was also watching and encouraged him to “spit some more bars.”

At the end of the audition, Cameron pleaded with ‘Ye. “Give me a chance, I swear to God,” he said.

Kanye was impressed by his tenacity and offered him an entry-level job. “Would you be open to start off as like an assistant?” asked ‘Ye.

He gave Kanye his contact info and TMZ caught the wild moment on camera.

This is not the first time Kanye has allowed a fan to audition for him. In May, another aspiring rapper approached ‘Ye outside his SoHo house and spit some bars, but his audition didn’t end with a job offer.
