New Music: Rihanna - 'Towards the Sun'

While we wait for her eighth album, Rihanna debuts her epic new song “Towards the Sun” off the soundtrack to DreamWorks Animation’s HOME. Over the marching instrumental, the bad gal sings about a love she’s never known.

“And you know I’ve been burned / You see me lose control / It’s not worth my soul.”

The song is now available on iTunes and can be streamed below.

She voices an “ordinary girl” named Tip opposite “Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons in the animated film, which hits theaters on March 27.

Her album R8 is also due early this year featuring the Kanye West and Paul McCartney-assisted single “FourFiveSeconds,” which is currently No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
