New Music: Elle Varner feat. 50 Cent - 'Birthday'
Elle Varner brings the party to life on her seductive single “Birthday” featuring 50 Cent. The G-Unit mogul kicks things off before reprising his famous “Go shawty!” ad libs from his 2003 hit “In Da Club,” while the R&B sensation treats her man like it’s his birthday every day.
“You can have it your way / Treat you like your birthday,” she coos.
“Imagine if your lover treated you like everyday was your birthday! We captured that fun and sexy vibe on this record,” Elle told Billboard. “You can certainly add this one to your go-to collection of ‘Birthday’ classics.”
Elle debuted the song live at SXSW in March, and she performed it with 50 at the premiere of the second season of Starz’ “Power” earlier this week.
