Fabolous Brings Out Lil' Kim & Ma$e, Reunites Fat Joe & Remy Ma at Summer Jam
History was made once again at Hot 97 Summer Jam. The biggest hip-hop concert of the year took place at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday and featured memorable moments from Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, Meek Mill, and Fabolous, who had the most star-studded set of the evening.
After being joined by Lil’ Kim two years ago, the Brooklyn rapper upped the ante for 2015. He brought out a parade of guest stars including Chris Brown, French Montana, Black Rob, Busta Rhymes, Method Man, Redman, and Raekwon. Lil’ Kim performed “Quiet Storm (Remix)” with Mobb Deep, while Ma$e did his Bad Boy classic “Feel So Good.”
But the crowd went wild when Remy Ma and Fat Joe reunited for the first time since Remy’s six-year prison stint. The former Terror Squad members had the stadium shaking to their chart-topping hit “Lean Back.”
“Nothing but love for my brother @myfabolouslife. He really is The Family,” tweeted Remy.
Next up, the Bronx bombshell plans to drop a “CRAZY record with CRAZY features.”
