Jeezy Brings Out Kanye West, André 3000, & Usher at 'TM 101’ Anniversary Concert

Jeezy celebrated a decade of Thug Motivation with a star-studded concert at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre on Saturday night (July 25). To commemorate the 10th anniversary of his major-label debut Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, the Atlanta rapper performed the album in its entirety backed by a live band and a slew of special guests.

Shortly after 9:30 p.m., Jeezy emerged in a black leather jersey with the words “Thug Motivation 101” printed on the front. He opened with “Standing Ovation” before being joined by T.I. and Lil Scrappy for “Bang.”

With DJ Drama on the turntables, Bun B spit his verse from “Trap or Die,” Lloyd guested on “Tear It Up,” and Usher hit the stage for “Love in This Club.”

The reclusive André 3000 made a rare appearance on stage for the first time since OutKast’s 2014 reunion to perform his 2012 collaboration with Jeezy, “I Do,” before his counterpart Big Boi congratulated Jeezy on his success.

During the finale, Jizzle reflected on Atlanta’s rap scene and paid homage to his city with “Put On,” as Kanye West—clad in all camouflage—hit the stage to roaring applause.

“You can call it rags to riches, but I like to call it a boy becoming a man and believing in his dreams, goals, and expectations,” said Jeezy while reflecting on the 10-year milestone. “Here I am, 10 years later, doing what I love—motivating the people.”

In addition to the stars on stage, there were special guests in the crowd including ATL’s own Monica, Da Brat, and Jermaine Dupri.
