New Music: YG - 'G Thang'

While he readies his new album Still Krazy, YG takes a break to connect with fellow West Coast rappers Blanco and DB Tha General for an EP called California Livin, and a new track has just emerged. Titled “G Thang,” it’s produced by Spanish duo Cookin’ Soul, who will produce the entire EP. They provide a lazy, blunted beat, perfect for afternoon smoke sessions and BBQs.

YG describes a female admirer: “She got a thing for rappers, she got a thing for trappers,” while noting that he “has a thing for bad bitches, marijuana, big money.” It’s a match made in heaven.
