Watch Jay Rock's '90059' Documentary

As he nears the release of his sophomore album 90059, Jay Rock takes us back to where it all started in a documentary of the same name. The five-minute clip starts in his hometown of Watts and makes stops at his album listening sessions in L.A. and New York.

“90059 is my zip code. That’s the area where I come from,” he explains during a Q&A.

There is also footage of the TDE Christmas concert, TDE Dew Tour, and recording sessions for the album, with cameos from his TDE labelmates including Kendrick Lamar and Ab-Soul.

90059 drops Friday featuring appearances from Kendrick, SZA, Isaiah Rashad, Busta Rhymes, and Lance Skiiiwalker.
