The Weeknd Remains No. 1, Travi$ Scott Debuts at No. 3

The Weeknd is extending his reign. The Canadian crooner’s sophomore album Beauty Behind the Madness remains No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for another week.

According to Billboard, the project moved 145,000 equivalent album units (77,000 copies sold) in its second week. Last week, he debuted in the top spot with 411,000.

“PROUD XO MOMENT || number 1 two weeks in a row,” wrote The Weeknd.

Travi$ Scott, who collaborated with The Weeknd on “Pray 4 Love,” rings in at No. 3 with his long-awaited debut Rodeo. Scott sold 85,000 units, 70,000 of which are comprised of pure album sales. He also sits atop the Rap Albums chart, and No. 2 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums behind The Weeknd.

Elsewhere on the Billboard 200, Ed Sheeran’s x slides 6-9 with 27,000, while Future’s DS2 rounds out the top 10 at No. 10 with 25,000 units.
