New Music: Ty Dolla $ign - 'Airplane Mode'

Before he drops his long-awaited album Free TC next month, Ty Dolla $ign is readying a mixtape called Airplane Mode, and he’s just released the title track. Over a muffled, woozy beat, produced by Ty, Eazy, and Nate 3D of D.R.U.G.S., Ty sings about keeping his phone “on airplane, to dodge these hoes.”

“The molly made me f**k her even though she average,” he adds, quoting Future.

Airplane Mode will be available for free download tomorrow, while Ty’s debut Free TC arrives Nov. 13.
