Jason Derulo Covers 'Can You Feel the Love Tonight'

Jason Derulo takes on The Lion King for the We Love Disney compilation, which features contemporary artists covering Disney classics. The crooner contributed a mash-up of “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” made famous by Elton John, and “Nants’ Ingonyama,” both from the 1994 film. He gives the uplifting anthems a gentle R&B sheen, with vocal flourishes and sky-scraping falsetto.

The compilation also includes Ne-Yo’s cover of “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin and Jessie J’s “Part of Your World” from The Little Mermaid, plus contributions from Gwen Stefani, Ariana Grande, Fall Out Boy, Tori Kelly, Jhené Aiko, and more.

We Love Disney arrives Oct. 30.
