New Music: Erykah Badu - 'Phone Down'

Fresh off hosting the Soul Train Awards, Erykah Badu is gearing up to release her mixtape But You Cain’t Use My Phone. Following her remix to Drake’s “Hotline Bling,” she debuts another song called “Phone Down,” which finds her convincing her man that she can make him cut loose from technology.

“PHONE DOWN…official leak this ones for Aubrey… from forthcoming MIXTAPE : BUT YOU CAINT USE MY PHONE,” she wrote.

But You Cain’t Use My Phone drops Thanksgiving weekend, and you can watch her in action at the Soul Train Awards on Nov. 29 at 8 p.m.
