New Music: Dr. Dre feat. T.I. & Victoria Monét - 'Back to Business'

  /  01.09.2016

Dr. Dre took over the airwaves for his first “Pharmacy” radio show of the year on Apple’s Beats 1 on Saturday. The rap legend surprised listeners by premiering a new song that didn’t make his 2015 album Compton. On “Back to Business” featuring T.I., Justus, Victoria Monét, and Sly Piper, Dre reflects on his early career (“I was fu**in’ with the drums like ‘Ye summer”), while Tip looks to the Doc for inspiration.

“If my ni**a Dre can get a bill / That let me know that there’s hope for a ni**a still,” raps the Grand Hustle chief.

Compton is nominated for Best Rap Album alongside J. Cole, Drake, and Nicki Minaj at next month’s Grammys.
