Future to Premiere New Album on DJ Khaled’s Radio Show

Future’s next project is coming sooner than you think.

Fresh off the release of his mixtape Purple Reign, the Atlanta rapper will premiere his latest body of work on DJ Khaled’s new Beats 1 show, We the Best Radio, on Friday, Feb. 5.

“Just signed a new deal with Apple Music,” Khaled said on Instagram. “We the Best Radio and TV debuting this Friday at 8pm EST…World premiering the new Future album this Friday.”

He also made this announcement on Snapchat with Future beside him.

Future and Khaled’s partnership shouldn’t come as a surprise. The duo has collaborated on a series of cuts including “I Don’t Play About My Paper.” Last month, they also teamed up for a “Jimmy Kimmel Live” performance.

It’s already been a busy 2016 for Future, who released his Purple Reign mixtape less than a month ago. Starting Feb. 17, he will head out on his 22-date “Purple Reign” tour with special guest Ty Dolla $ign.

Last year, Future was also prolific, unleashing three solo projects (Beast Mode, 56 Nights, and DS2) as well as What a Time to Be Alive, his joint effort with Drake.
