Iggy Azalea Performs on 'GMA' Summer Concert Series
Iggy Azalea took over Central Park on Friday as part of “Good Morning America’s” Summer Concert Series. Fresh from her birthday vacation, the Aussie rapper delivered a trio of hits off her 2014 debut The New Classic and her upcoming album Digital Distortion.
Backed by a dance troupe and broken television sets to go along with the Digital Distortion theme, Iggy-Iggs unleashed a rendition of “Team” for the “GMA” audience, donning thigh-highs, short shorts, and a black jacket over a fishnet top.

Iggy also brought back some New Classic hits for her performance, including “Black Widow.” Although Rita Ora couldn’t be there, back-up singers delivered the single’s hook as dancers clapped along to the Stargate beat.

As if that wasn’t enough, I-G-G-Y also performed another New Classic smash with “Fancy.” Supported by her dance squad, DJ, and back-up singers, Azalea launched into her biggest hit, sans Charli XCX.

The blonde bombshell, who recently celebrated her 26th birthday in Cabo San Lucas, also opened up about Digital Distortion’s sound. “It’s still super energetic and fun,” she said. “But it’s a bit more aggressive and a little bit darker and a little more grown up, like me.”
Originally expected this summer, Digital Distortion still awaits a release date.
