Jermaine Dupri & Da Brat Announce Joint Mixtape 'Business as Usual'

  /  07.07.2016

It’s Business as Usual for Jermaine Dupri and Da Brat as they make sure “The Party Continues.”

The duo will continue their long-running collaborative friendship with a brand new mixtape Business as Usual, a project they announced with a brief freestyle video.

“One thing’s for certain you see her, you see me,” raps JD. Then, Da Brat takes over: “We in this bitch like the 2016 EPMD.”

Business as Usual is due July 22 and, thanks to JD’s “Money Ain’t a Thang” collaborator, it will be exclusive to one streaming service.

“I was talking to Jay Z this morning,” Dupri explained on Snapchat. “The mixtape will be a TIDAL exclusive.”

Over the weekend, they reunited on stage with Mariah Carey at the ESSENCE Festival in New Orleans to perform one of their many collaborations, the So So Def remix to “Honey.”
