Baby Future Calls Russell Wilson 'Papa'

This might not be Future’s favorite video.

After Ciara and Russell Wilson tied the knot last week, a video surfaced of baby Future calling his new stepfather “Papa Russ.” In the clip, the two-year-old appears to also ask for a kiss. “You’re so sweet,” says Wilson.

During his recent Rolling Stone cover story, Future discussed his gripe with Wilson and how he deals with the fatherhood issue.

“It’s something that’ll take more time for me,” he said. “It ain’t even about [him] playing daddy. I don’t even want to think about it. That’s my son forever. My son is going to be able to read this. He’s going to be able to look at those pictures. He’s going to be able to have a judgment for himself, and have a conversation with me man-to-man. That’s my blood. He is me. I am him. We is one.”

Ciara has an ongoing defamation lawsuit against Future. She recently lost a custody battle and the two have joint custody of baby Future.

Meanwhile, Wilson is gushing over his new bride. “To share the rest of my life with her, Ciara, is really amazing,” the Seattle Seahawks quarterback told “Extra.” “She’s the sweetest person I ever met, she’s so kind to so many people, she’s the best mom you’ll ever meet.”
