The New York Times reports that 84 people died and 202 were injured in what has been called a terrorist attack on a Bastille Day celebration in Nice.

Festivities around the city were canceled in the wake of the tragedy. Along with Rihanna’s “ANTI World Tour” stop, Saturday’s Nice Jazz Festival was also nixed. RiRi’s tour is set to continue July 17 in Frankfurt, Germany.
