G-Eazy & Tory Lanez Perform 'Drifting' on 'Tonight Show'
G-Eazy is “Drifting” through late night.
Right in the midst of his “Endless Summer Tour” with Logic, Young Gerald stopped by “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday for a performance of his hit single with The Roots and Tory Lanez.
The Toronto crooner filled in for Chris Brown on the When It’s Dark Out single, pulling double duty as G rapped about his journey, altering the song’s lyrics a bit for the show.
“We had grown apart with time,” he raps. “Hadn’t kicked it in a while / But I think about her now / ‘Cause without her, see there’s differences now / It happens, how could we have known? Nothing can prepare us / From sleeping at her parents’, now we’re live on ‘Jimmy Fallon.'”

G-Eazy continued his late-night domination on “The Tonight Show” by playing “Catchphrase” with Shay Mitchell and Denis Leary.
“[Jimmy’s] got the experience,” Gerald said before playing. “It’s not fair. He plays all the time…Nah, I’m a natural. We’ve been preparing and studying.”
