Chris Brown Believes Prosecutor Is Out to Get Him

  /  09.02.2016

Does the D.A. have a bone to pick with Chris Brown?

According to TMZ, Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray, who prosecuted the singer in his Rihanna assault case and was involved in his probation violation hearings, is the person who pushed for Breezy’s arrest on Tuesday (Aug. 30).

Insiders say that police were not going to arrest Brown the day former beauty queen Baylee Curree claimed he threatened her with a gun. However, sources claim Murray pushed for the arrest. Brown believes the action was punitive.

Brown and Murray have clashed in the past. At one point, Brown called her a racist on Twitter for having his community service hours tossed.

Meanwhile, the investigation continues in Brown’s assault with a deadly weapon case. He is out on $250,000 bail and is set to appear in court on Sept. 20.
