New Music: JoJo - 'Mad Love.'
A month ahead of her long-awaited album Mad Love., JoJo has unleashed the title track, which finds the vocal powerhouse going through an emotional roller coaster.
“You took a knife to my heart,” sings JoJo. “And cut out the rational parts… You give me mad love.”
Speaking with Vogue, JoJo revealed how it feels to prep her first full-length album in a decade.
“Honestly, I’m anxious,” she said. “I would be lying if I said I was carefree. This means so much to me, and this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. The fact that I’ve been working on a third project for so long and that people are finally going to get to hear this one, I’m definitely feeling a lot of different feels. Mostly excitement. I just can’t wait for that moment when I get the feedback from my fans and they’ve made it a part of their lives.”
Mad Love. is set for release Oct. 14, featuring collaborations with Remy Ma (“FAB”), Alessia Cara (“I Can Only”), and Wiz Khalifa (“Fuck Apologies”).
