New Music: Wiz Khalifa feat. J.R. Donato - 'Stranger Things'
Wiz Khalifa and J.R. Donato team up for “Stranger Things.” Despite the inspired artwork, the duo isn’t joining Netflix’s popular series. Instead, they’ve unleashed a new banger together.
“I take a look in the mirror, a G in front of me,” Khalifa rhymes. “Difference between havin’ dreams and bein’ a wannabe / And livin’ comfortably / I took my dreams and made ’em somethin’ / Doesn’t mean that I don’t wake up with the same hunger.”
Donato, meanwhile, spits about his own worries about authenticity.
“All I see is real hate, ni**as showin’ fake love,” he raps. “Givin’ fake handshakes that come with fake hugs / But I promise I’m the same / Forever gang-gang.”
“Stranger Things” follows Wiz’ recent “Gang Gang” featuring Chevy Woods and Casey Veggies, and could very well end up on Taylor Gang’s upcoming Vol. 1 mixtape.
