Mac Miller, Usher Score Top 5 Debuts
Drake is back on top. The 6 God’s album Views shoots back to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 after seven weeks for its 13th non-consecutive week atop the chart.
The project sold 53,000 equivalent album units this week just as it becomes the first LP to reach 1 billion streams on Apple Music.
Following Views is Mac Miller’s The Divine Feminine, the week’s highest entry, coming in at No. 2 with 48,000 units (32,000 traditional). It marks the Pittsburgh rapper’s fourth straight top 5-charting album and the latest following last year’s GO:OD AM, which debuted and peaked at No. 4 with 87,000 units (73,000 traditional).
Usher’s Hard II Love also makes a splash this week, coming in at No. 5 with 38,000 units (28,000 traditional). It’s his eighth top 10 album and his first since 2012’s Looking 4 Myself.
Elsewhere in the top 10, Travis Scott’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight falls 6-7 with 32,000 units sold.
