Paul McCartney Does Mannequin Challenge to Rae Sremmurd's 'Black Beatles'

  /  11.10.2016

A real Beatle legend is down with the Black Beatles.

Paul McCartney showed his love for Rae Sremmurd on Thursday (Nov. 10) by sharing his version of the Mannequin Challenge craze, freezing with “Black Beatles” playing in the background.

“Love those Black Beatles,” he tweeted.

The clip features Slim Jxmmi’s shoutout from the Gucci Mane-assisted hit, which is currently No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100. “Black Beatles, bitch,” Jxmmi raps. “Me and Paul McCartney related.”

Of course, it’s no secret that Macca’s got love for hip-hop. In the past, he’s collaborated with Kanye West and Rihanna and even performed alongside Jay Z and Linkin Park.

In 2001, Sir Paul also shared his Eminem fandom during an interview with CNN. “I like some of the Eminem stuff because it’s kind of clever,” he said. “I like the rhythm, I like the attitude, and I can imagine if I was a young kid now, I’d like that.”

Looks like he’s also about that SremmLife.
