'Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party' Renewed for Second Season
VH1 is serving up a second helping of “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.” The series has been renewed for another season.
The renewal comes after the show was named cable’s top new unscripted franchise, winning its time period with all key demos and scoring 3 million total viewers.
“That’s right, me and my homegirl Martha will be back for another season and we can’t wait,” said Snoop Dogg. “Thanks to all the fans who tuned into Season 1. If ya’ll thought this season was fun, wait ’til you see what we have cookin’ up next for ya.”
Recently, “Dinner Party” made headlines when Rick Ross joined Martha and Snoop for some flirtation and some grub. Other guests on Season 1 include 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, Kelis, Anderson .Paak, Remy Ma, Fat Joe, and D.R.A.M.
On tonight’s episode, Snoop and Martha will invite 2 Chainz, Chris Bosh, Naya Rivera, and Dreezy over for a Thanksgiving feast, while the hosts wish for more seasons. It looks like their wish has already been granted.
