Kid Ink serves up a double dose of visuals with the Casey Veggies-assisted video for “Noodles & Ramen / Before the Checks.”
The two-part clip finds the Batgang leader flying private with champagne, while rejecting a flight attendant’s Ramen Noodles. “I came from the noodles and the Ramen,” raps Ink. “Made it from the sewers and the bottom / Been on the grind for a while now / I don’t really got them types of problems.”
Then, in the second part of the Grizz Lee-directed clip, the L.A. MC cruises through his hometown while rhyming about his wealth. “I can really give a fuck less,” raps Veggies. “I know she throwin’ pussy, but I told her I get enough sex / Money coming in I could never get enough checks.”
“Noodles & Ramen” and “Before the Checks” are tracks off Kid Ink’s latest mixtape Rocketshipshawty 2, which dropped in September.
