The Weeknd Performs 'Starboy' on 'Ellen'

For the first time ever on daytime television, The Weeknd delivered a beaming performance of “Starboy” on “Ellen.”

Surrounded by eye-popping lasers and backed by a live band, Abel rocked the stage with the title track off his latest LP.

Ellen celebrated her musical guest with affection. “I love you so much,” she said. “I love you too,” he replied.

The XO crooner’s performance comes just as Starboy is projected to top the Billboard 200. Released last week, the album is on pace to sell more than 350,000 units in its first week.
