Wiz Khalifa Drops 3 New Songs on 'O.N.I.F.C.' Anniversary
In honor of the fourth anniversary of his fourth studio album O.N.I.F.C., Wiz Khalifa unleashes three previously-unreleased tracks: “Young Millionaires,” “Speech,” and “You Party.”
Over hard-hitting drums, Mister Cap boasts about his life of luxury after recalling his start “in the Pitts.” “My ice is gorgeous,” he raps before referencing his then-wifey Amber Rose. “My flights are private and my wife is flawless / I’m just living my life / We are, we are young millionaires.”
Featuring a sample-laden instrumental, “Speech” allows the Taylor Gang boss to continue this theme. “Gettin’ it, buying the most, flippin’ it,” he raps. “16, trying to pay rent in this bitch / I wasn’t even thinking of making millions / I was just thinking, smoking, and chilling / Trying to pay the bills to get my mom out this building.”
Finally, on a soundscape that’s smooth and mellow, Wiz delivers “You Party” as a smoker’s anthem. “I be wakin’ when I’m bakin’,” rhymes the Pittsburgh spitter. “Shinin’ ’cause I’m grindin’.”
According to Khalifa, these songs came straight from “da hard drives” from “a couple years back.” “Make sure you have one rolled while you listen,” he tweeted. “If your not high you might not understand.”
