The Weeknd, Alicia Keys, & A Tribe Called Quest Added to Grammy Lineup

  /  01.31.2017

Frank Ocean, Kanye West, and Justin Bieber reportedly won’t attend the Grammys, but there are plenty of other superstars who will.

On Tuesday (Jan. 31), the Recording Academy announced an expanded lineup of performers for the Feb. 12 event, including two-time Grammy winner The Weeknd, who will perform with his “Starboy” collaborators Daft Punk.

Fifteen-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys will join Best New Artist nominee Maren Morris, while two-time nominee Anderson .Paak will take the stage with hip-hop legends A Tribe Called Quest.

They join previously-announced performers Adele, John Legend, Bruno Mars, Metallica, Carrie Underwood, and Keith Urban.

Additional performers will be announced soon. Plus, it’s been reported that an all-star tribute to the late Prince is in the works.

In related news, The Weeknd will reportedly attend the Grammys with new girlfriend Selena Gomez. While the budding couple isn’t sitting together right now, the Canadian crooner is said to be requesting a change in seating arrangements, according to TMZ. He also reportedly confirmed that Gomez will be his plus one for Clive Davis’ annual Grammy party.

The 59th Annual Grammy Awards, hosted by James Corden, will air live from Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 12, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
