New Music: August Alsina - 'Lonely'

  /  02.02.2017

August Alsina keeps the new music coming. After dropping “Drugs” and “Wait” last month, the New Orleans crooner delivers yet another track called “Lonely.”

Over a sample of Bobby Womack’s “If You Think You’re Lonely Now,” August tries to rekindle the romance with his lady.

“When I call your phone tonight, I better not have to call twice, girl,” he sings before delivering an ultimatum: “If you think you’re horny now / Come and let a real ni**a slide through, girl.”

Expect even more music from August, who is readying his third album Drugs, the follow-up to 2015’s This Thing Called Life.

Listen to “Lonely” below.
