Last month, Dave East and A$AP Ferg unleashed their “Paper Chasin” collaboration. Now, the duo joins forces in the cinematic, action-packed video.

Directed by Kid Art, “Paper Chasin” finds the rhyming duo planning, plotting, and firing shots for the paper. Rocking a bandana, Dave looks ready for action. Meanwhile, Ferg is menacing in a ski mask. Both throw on some bright yellow gloves on their way to pull off a high-stakes heist.

Soon, cops are on the case and sirens are blaring. When they arrive on the scene, a shootout ensues. But after blasting at officials during a heated pursuit, Dave and Ferg find a way to outsmart the cops and get away with their crime.

“Paper Chasin” is a single off Def Jam’s Direct Deposit, Vol. 2 compilation, which dropped last month. It follows Dave’s recent remixes of Drake’s “Free Smoke” and The Weeknd’s “Party Monster.”

All of this is in preparation for his forthcoming project Paranoia, the follow-up to last year’s Kairi Chanel mixtape.
