Curren$y Drops 2 New Remixes

  /  04.18.2017

After releasing 12 mixtapes in 2016, Curren$y has been relatively quiet this year. But that’s about to change with the release of his Fo20 Massacre mixtape, which is preceded by two new remixes.

The first of these is MadeinTYO’s “Skateboard P.” Spitta uses the banger to recall a skateboard-related moment between two of his famous friends.

“I told Lil Wayne to pull up,” he recalls. “He played ‘S-K-A-T-E’ against [pro skateboarder] Stevie Williams / I think they bet like a million something.”

Following the skate-inspired slapper, Spitta remixes Rick Ross’ Ty Dolla $ign-assisted “I Think She Like Me.” Over its soulful instrumental, Andretti boasts about getting game from his uncle and having a good friend in Renzel.

“Shoutout to the homie Rozay for wearing that motherfuckin’ Jet Life chain everywhere he go,” he says. “We definitely see it.”

The Fo20 Massacre, which follows January’s The Jetlanta EP, drops on Thursday, 4/20.
