Nicki Minaj to Launch Charity for Students
Last week, Nicki Minaj surprised her fans by paying their college tuition and student loan debts. Now, she’s ready to take it to the next level.
Taking to Instagram on Friday (May 12), the “No Frauds” MC confirmed that her generous deeds will continue with her very own charity that she plans to launch in the near future.
“This makes me so happy,” she wrote. “[A few from the other day] I’ll do another impromptu payment spree in a month or 2 but pls know that I’m launching my official charity for Student Loans/Tuition Payments VERY SOON! You’ll be able to officially sign up! I’ll keep you posted!”

According to the screenshot, Nicki has donated more than $18,000 to various students for loans, courses, and books. No word yet on when her official charity will launch.
The news comes during a busy week for Nicki, who was recently confirmed as a guest on Calvin Harris’ Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1. After enjoying a night out with Nas, she guest starred on Jason Derulo’s “Swalla (After Dark Remix)” and appeared in DNCE’s “Kissing Strangers” video.
In addition to all her collaborations, Nicki is working on a follow-up to her 2014 album The Pinkprint.
