Rita Ora Announces New Single 'Your Song'

  /  05.12.2017

Rita Ora is ready to make her return.

Five years after releasing her debut album Ora, the British superstar has announced her brand new single “Your Song.”

“I’m so excited to share that my new single ‘Your Song’ is coming on 26th May,” Ora tweeted. “Can’t wait for you guys to hear it!”

“Your Song” could very well be the track that Rita teased last week, when she hit the studio with Ed Sheeran. The U.K. stars shared a brief clip of their session on social media, heightening talks of a collaboration.

Ora, who recently signed with Atlantic Records, has been talking about a musical comeback for years. In 2015, the former Roc Nation songstress opened up about her process with Rap-Up. “I’m approaching it like it’s my first record ’cause I haven’t necessarily released a worldwide record before,” she said. “It really presents the music I love as a fan of music, from my love of punk to hip-hop to R&B to soul.”

At the time, Ora revealed that Sheeran penned a song titled “Us” for her. “For me, it’s one of the sweetest, heartwarming, incredible love songs/reality that I’ve ever heard,” she said. “It kinda makes me think, ‘Thank God that someone wrote that in a song.'”

Rita’s “Your Song” is due May 26.
