Video: Joey Bada$$ - '500 Benz'
Joey Bada$$ goes on a joyride with his lady in the video for his throwback-inspired single “500 Benz.”
Directed by Picture Perfect, the visual finds Jozif Badmon whipping an old school Mercedes-Benz drop-top through the city streets. Riding on BBS rims, the New York wordsmith goes to the liquor store for Magnums and a single flower.
“500 Benz” is one of three new songs that the Pro Era rhymer released back in July. All three cuts followed the April release of All-Amerikkkan Bada$$.
Recently, Bada$$ made headlines when he backed out of some dates on Logic’s “Everybody’s Tour.” Some believed it was because the rapper had looked at the recent eclipse without the recommended eyewear.
Taking to Twitter to address the rumors, Joey joked about his vision. “It is true,” he said. “I can now see the future. In fact, I am now legally blind…to the bullshit.”
